Metal Sign Fabrication for Noble Insurance in Delavan, WI
Noble Insurance reached out to us by email with a request for metal sign fabrication to complete the look of their newly remodeled office. They were looking for a clean and modern sign that displayed their logo and included subtle backlighting. This wasn’t a referral — they had simply seen other signage we created and decided to reach out.
We offered to meet them at their Delavan location to discuss ideas and walk through possible design concepts. The goal was to create something eye-catching yet professional to greet clients at their front entrance.
On-Site Meeting & Design Process
At our first meeting, the client was excited to get started. We reviewed the layout of their entryway, discussed lighting options, and explored how to best showcase their logo. After taking measurements, we returned to our shop and got to work on the custom sign design.
Using our in-house design software, we drafted a proof that featured a crisp layout, backlit elements, and a white powder-coated finish. Once Noble Insurance approved the concept, fabrication began right away.
Custom Metal Sign Fabrication & Installation
To create the sign, we used our CNC plasma cutter for precise shaping and our hydraulic roller to form the structural elements. MIG welding helped bring everything together before applying a smooth white powder coat. We integrated lighting into the back of the sign to give it a subtle glow once mounted.
The whole process—from the first meeting to the completed installation—took just three days. After fabrication, we returned to their office and installed the sign securely on their entryway wall. The final result was a sleek, backlit feature that perfectly reflected their brand and space.
