If it is made out of any type of metal we can fix it, make it, form it, and weld it.  Our services are available in shop or at your location with our portable unit.  Other general services available include sandblasting, painting, powder coating, beam setting.

Our industrial and manufacturing work includes: guardrails and safety railing, just to name a few.  Painting and installation of all components can also be provided. 

RC Portable Welding can custom build a trailer to your specifications.  Trailer types include: flatbeds with or without side rails, tilt beds, dump trailers, and car haulers.  Trailer options include: single or tandem axle, jack, spare tire carrier, floor type, side rails, and tailgates or ramp styles.

Parts and repair service is also available on all trailers.  Component parts available include: axles, hubs, brakes, hitches, jacks, springs, lights, electric brake activators, and Torflex axles by Dexter.  Complete installation and wiring is available with all parts. 

RC Portable Welding offers a complete line of custom fabricated tool boxes, nerf bars, running boards, brush guards, ladder racks, flatbeds, flatbed racks, tailgate protectors, and top rail caps.  We also offer an after market supplier representing Rigid Hitch components.  This includes items such as: DMI bumpers and hitches, gooseneck and fifth wheel hitches, pintel hooks, loovered and vented tailgates, tool boxes, nerf bars, running boards, stainless steel grill inserts, towing mirrors, air suspension parts, winches, and electric brake activators.  Complete service, installation, and wiring is available on all custom fabricated or ordered accessories.

Truly, no job is too large or too small for the work done on semi and dump trucks.  We have in the past lengthened (and shortened) semi truck frames, which requires cutting the unit in half, adding or removing frame sections, replacing the drive shaft, and reconnecting the frame keeping it in true alignment.  Other truck services include: fabrication of replacement fuel tanks, patching and repairing leaking tanks, dump body and crossmember repair, and new floor installation of both aluminum and steel boxes.  Mounting of tanks on semi frames is also a provided service including fertilizer tanks, water tanks, septic tanks, and switching of units between chassis's.
